For greater efficiency the Group’s sales and service organization is divided into five geographical zones. It comprises close to thousand staff employed in 23 local companies, along with exclusive representatives. The provision of direct, fast, local support, including specialists in these companies speaking the language of the country they are living in, is important to the Group and local provision is being constantly expanded.

Sales and technical advisers, who know the quality requirements of the Group, offer to existing or potential customers solutions best suited to their type of production. The diversity of processes and services at the disposal of the Group enables them to offer the best possible choice for a given job or work mix.
 
A close dialogue has been established among converters, suppliers and associations in order to identify trends and opportunities. The constant collaboration with marketing teams within our manufacturing companies enable field staff to communicate to the Group the evolution of the markets needs.
 
For Bobst Group's customers, productivity depends on consistently good working of their equipment. In order to ensure this, local companies offer services which are:
  • reactive, by making technicians available for rapid diagnosis and spare parts fitment,
  • proactive, with solutions for maintenance, kits to upgrade equipment and training courses.
Local demonstration and training centers show the operation of our machines, and can prove the feasibility and profitability of specific jobs. Bobst Group’s strategy, is to enable its customers to benefit from the added value its products and services can bring them.
 
Local services, constant dialogue and the multiplicity of services (ie. maintenance contracts, on-ine trouble shooting, very rapid spare parts delivery) demonstrate the Group’s will to meet customers requirements.
